Debra Holmes is a licensed clinical social worker and registered play therapist. She graduated from San Diego State University in May 1993 with a Master's Degree in Social Work. She became licensed in California in March 2001. Additionally, Debra earned a certificate in play therapy from UCSD Extended Studies in 2002 after completing 150 hours of coursework. Debra is currently working towards a specialization in attachment-based therapy. Debra has completed 64 hours of training with Daniel Hughes, PHD, who developed the model of dyadic developmental psychotherapy and authored the books Building the Bonds of Attachment and Facilitating Developmental Attachment.
